Do to the nature of the service provided, SMS, as a limited access commodity, there is no money back guarantee. All sales are final including past payments.

REGARDING SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

We are not responsible for payments you forgot about. WootText is a paid service, we are not responsible if you use the product or not during any payment period.

REGARDING MISSED/SKIPPED SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Automotive Mobile Solutions LLC & CaMic LLC D.B.A. WootText reserve the right to "Collect" on dues/payments in arrears. This will be faciliated as long as the subscription agreement is not cancelled. It is your responsibility to make sure your subscription agreement funding sources are up to date. Automotive Mobile Solutions LLC & CaMic LLC D.B.A. WootText is not responsible for fee's you may incur for bounced bank drafts or debits.

YOUR RIGHT TO RECONSIDER

Should you quit WootText, you reserve the right to re-join our program at the lowest subscription price that you paid (Not including 1st payments) You are grand-fathered at the lowest price point should we increase our pricing. This only applies to the exact product or service you originally purchased.
